The free tier exists so you can judge the quality before paying anything: a one-time trial photo, every style, with a light watermark. The HD unlock is for the photo you want to keep. A one-time $4.90 removes the watermark and gives you the full-resolution original — print-ready for a 5x7 card, sharp enough for a profile picture, yours to reuse forever.
The $9.90 Holiday Pack is five HD photos, the right size for a family: one card-style portrait per person, or one person in five different styles. Both are one-time payments through Waffo, our payment provider — no subscription, no account, and your redeem code arrives instantly by email.
If a generation fails after you have paid, the credit is returned automatically. And if anything ever feels wrong with a charge, reply to the purchase email and a human answers.
Common Questions About Paying
Do I need an account? No. You upload a photo, generate, and pay only when you want the HD version of a photo you already love. The redeem code system means your purchase is tied to a code in your email, not to a login you have to remember next December.
Is it really one-time? Yes. There is no subscription anywhere in the product, and nothing renews silently. One photo, one payment, done. Families who come back next year simply generate again.
What if the photo is not good? The free trial photo exists exactly so you never pay blind: you see the finished, watermarked photo before any money is involved. HD is only worth buying on a photo you have already seen and liked.
Can I use the photos commercially? Personal cards, prints and social posts are the intended use. If you need a commercial license for something larger, write to us first and we will sort it out in plain language.
